Current MNC Faculty Recruitment Search Massachusetts General Hospital Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Faculty Position, Department of Neurology The Massachusetts General Hospital invites applications for a full time faculty position at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor for work in the field of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). The successful candidate will build a laboratory translational research program focusing on ALS. Although all well-qualified candidates will be considered, preference will be given to individual with research interest in translation and therapy development. The candidate will join the MassGeneral Institute for Neurodegenerative Disorders and interface closely with more than 25 faculty studying the biology and treatment of neurodegenerative disorders. Opportunities are available for collaboration with other basic science departments and with the ALS clinical research program. Applicants should be either a PhD or MD/PhD and have academic credentials sufficient for appointment at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School.
